Train as a Paralegal at CDI College and learn about the Canadian Legal System and various aspects of the law including Litigation, Criminal Law and Insurance Law.
If you find law fascinating, but don’t have the time or money to become a lawyer, there are other career options in the legal field. Be a paralegal and provide legal services within the scope of the law society guidelines of your province, to those who may not be able to afford a lawyer or work as a valuable member as part of a legal team.
The Paralegal program at CDI College combines administrative skills with extensive legal training. The paralegal courses will introduce you to the Canadian court system, and covers various aspects of the law, such family law (BC), corporate law, real estate, criminal law and litigation. You also learn the procedures for legal documentation and handling evidence. Your paralegal studies culminate in a practicum where you will work in a legal environment.
Paralegal training is offered in BC at the Surrey campus and in Ontario at the Toronto Campus
Graduates are ready to enter the legal world working as a Paralegal in settings such as private law firms, corporate firms, or government offices.
