Work in the heart of the fast-paced health care industry as a Medical Office Assistant with training at Vancouver Career College. During this diploma program you will be able to learn all aspects of running a medical office with administrative and technical skills.
Students learn the latest medical office best practices such maintaining electronic health records, medical billing, medical transcription, operating specialized billing software, and preparing and administering basic medical tests.
Other core curriculum focuses on human anatomy and diseases, medical terminologies, pharmacology, and clinical procedures.
Upon graduation, you will receive a Medical Office Assistant Diploma, a Standard First Aid Certificate and a CPR “C” Certificate.
