triOS College’s intensive Massage Therapy program combines theoretical and practical teaching methods to ensure you’ll be well-equipped to address your clients’ needs.
You will learn how to assess your clients through intertwined orthopedic and neurological testing and how to combine soft tissue manipulation, hydrotherapy, sports massage, and remedial exercises to treat different chronic conditions and musculoskeletal injuries and contribute to your clients’ overall wellness.
You will cover a range of foundational topics including physiology, anatomy, myology, neuroscience, and pathology, and will also sharpen your business, communication, and first aid skills.
Classes also include healthcare professional ethics, jurisprudence, nutrition, pharmacology, research, and professional development.
The Massage Therapy program in Ottawa includes 909 clinical hours.
