Training as a Community Service Worker (CSW) gives you the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to develop, implement and oversee a variety of social and community-based programs. Oxford College’s CSW program combines classroom learning with practical training and can be completed in under a year!

Community Service Worker Diploma Focus

At Oxford College you will develop skills in client assessment, referral procedures to appropriate agencies, monitoring clients’ treatments and evaluating treatment effectiveness.
