As long as you meet the required criteria, this opportunity affords you the opportunity to take four Masters’ level classes which equates to the ability to complete one third of your Master’s Degree while still an undergraduate.
The online and on-campus Conflict Management Certificate is designed to equip you with the skills needed to identify and manage conflict to produce positive results while reducing costs. Emphasis is placed on effective negotiation strategies and how to deal with emotions that can de-escalate conflict.
