Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts offers culinary training in culinary arts and pastry arts and empowers students to achieve their potential through small class sizes and individual, modernized instruction in the techniques developed by King of Chefs, Auguste Escoffier.

The culinary and pastry programs at Escoffier offer rigorous industry skills training, as well as professionalism and excellence sought by employers. You will be trained to understand where your food comes from and to develop respect for local resources and sustainable practices. Upon graduation, you will have a combination of practical skills and operational awareness.

Baking and Pastry Arts
