Graduates of the triOS College’s Supply Chain and Logistics program who wish to pursue their Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) designation may be granted advanced standing as a result of an agreement signed between triOS College and the Supply Chain Management Association Ontario (SCMAO).
Receiving advanced standing will mean that graduates who meet certain criteria may be exempt from certain CSCMP Designation components however some elements of the accreditation program will continue to be mandatory.
The agreement applies to graduates of the full-time Supply Chain & Logistics Program who have obtained a minimum grade of 70%. The equivalencies accepted are:
- Introduction to Purchasing, Professional Purchasing and Introduction to Logistics and Transportation assessed against Module 2 Procurement and Supply Management
- Introduction to Logistics and Transportation and Inventory Control & Materials Management assessed against Module 3 Logistics and Transportation
- Introduction to Operations Management and Inventory Control & Materials Management assessed against Module 4 Operations and Process Management
